yesh yesh, it's been a boring first week with classes starting and a mad rush to catch what the teacher is trying to explain. hopefully we can all pass, that's how bad it is! tsk.
we went shopping on thursday after our lesson and it was fun! we combed most of the shops in town and found some interesting bargains. ck found a bike helmet which he wants, meng and alan bought a pair of white sneakers @ 180kr and a "alan shirt" @ 150 respectively. haha. i found a nice sweater @ 199kr but alas, there was only the S size for the colour which i wanted. pity pity. shall check with them next time.
we bought a soccer ball after class on friday! like a wild animal kept in a zoo, our inner beasts which were craving for sports were unleashed! haha. we immediately played a 2v2 game on the grass patch behind the bus stop while waiting for the bus back to school. after when we reached back we went to the field to play! first time in a month that we finally get to sweat!
yesterday we had dinner with the korean exchange students! it was enjoyable and we got to eat some of their nice dishes. pictures to come when we can get hold of them from the koreans. a big gathering of 10 people and we learnt a lot of new words though i probably do not remember them haha.
talked and talked after dinner over a soccer match. i was anti-social though and didn't mingle with them. alan and meng mentioned that the koreans asked why is it that i do not talk. lol. the highlight has got to be the sauna that we went at 11pm! it was a 1st for me and quite an endurance test considering that i wore long sleeve shirt haha. the worst part has got to be walking back at 130am in the freezing temperature when you are drenched in perspiration from the steamy sauna. haha. shivering cold!
ck did not have dinner with us tonight. but we packed one set of "ai xin wan can" for him! hope he will feel better tomorrow. hopefully xiaomeng's electric supply returns back to normal too! =)
